Job Description

  • Sales and Marketing of Dental Equipments like dental chairs, scanners etc.
  • Contact & Meet potential customers at hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, and nursing homes to sell medical products and equipment.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Manage and supervise sales team in your area.
  • Team handling /Team management
  • Work with Sales Executive to ensure consistent communications concerning the training and development of each sales team members within your area.
  • Actively coach and counsel sales's team with training and selling techniques to reach their fullest potential, maximize business performance, and gain promotion to the next level.
  • Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and programs are thoroughly understood and implemented by Sales Team in your area.
  • Develop a steady base of potential Co-Managers and Sales team for future company objectives.
  • Maintain excellent communication with your BSM via conference calls, in person meetings, voicemail, etc.
  • Travel within your area and provide frequent sales visits for top rank Equipments.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Fill up daily sales reports in sync with the projected journey plans.
  • Report on sales activities to senior management.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Develop rapport with the Customers.

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 5,50,000 P.A. Incentives +bonus + Half yearly Increment policy
