* Develops sales reports for sales analysis, forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
* Co-ordinate with sales team on daily basis, provide data as per their requirements, help them in achieving their targets.
* Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals.
* Tracking distributor wise / dealer wise, Sales person wise Targets vs. Achievement.
* Timely provision of information to the Concern Managers to facilitate better decision making.
* Compiling weekly reports for concern Managers on pipelines, campaign progress and sales figures.
* Direct deal with customer also.
* Must be good in Communication skills .
* Calling on sales persons DSRs on daily basis and submit compile report to concern Manager.
* Outstanding payments follow up in respective area with concern BSMs / direct from the doctors and dealers on weekly/monthly basis.
* Dealer ledger confirmation on monthly basis and stock management of branch offices.
* Sales team expenses verification and submission on time in account.
* DVATs management on Monday basis and provide demo products to sales team on time.
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
