Job Description

Sales and Marketing of Medical Equipment Preferably Healthcare, Medical Equipment accessories.
Contact & Meet potential customers at hospitals, clinics, doctors' offices, and nursing homes to sell medical products and equipment.
Making appointments with customer to introduce our company and product, to see existing and potential clients.
Meeting sales targets and Organizing or attending medical conferences.
Keeping records of sales and customers. Persuading clients to buy your company's products prompt reporting to the reporting manager.
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables, discussing future targets with Sales Head.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated & implemented within the team.
Must follow the reporting guidelines on daily basis without fail and report to concern ASMs / BSMs.
You will be responsible for given area and its target achievement on Monthly basis.
Responsible for pending payments follow up on weekly / monthly basis and report to concern sales coordinator/account.
Must be travel 10-15 days in his area as per market requirement and as per instruction of concern BSMs/ AMSs after approval of AVPs.
ERP reporting/ leads follow up on daily basis and report to your concern Managers.
Update customer feedback and competitors activity in your area and report to concern Managers.
Must attend all online exams / webinars/ trainings without fail to update yourself.
Ensure the demo defined target of RVGs/ Lasers/ Other products on monthly basis with coordination of ASMs
Must have good communication & Presentation skills .
